You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. No justification required. Only condition: the product must be unworn, in its original pouch and in perfect condition.

    We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and shipping instructions.

    Send the parcel back with tracking. The belt is light, the parcel stays small, and return postage remains affordable from anywhere in the world.

    Upon receipt and inspection, we trigger your refund and send a confirmation email.

Return shipping fees

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, wherever you are in the world. We recommend a tracked shipment for your peace of mind — the parcel is light and the cost stays moderate.

Refund

Refunds are issued on the payment method used for the original order (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear a few days later.

Color or size exchanges

Want to switch from POLAR to PACIFIC, or from Authentic to Slim? Same process as a return. Mention the desired model and size in your message: we ship the replacement as soon as the return arrives, free shipping on the second shipment, worldwide.

Express option: you can place a new order right away to receive the replacement faster, and we refund the first order as soon as the return arrives.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on the buckle

We stand by our buckle. The same part fitted in commercial aircraft, redesigned in lightweight aluminum. It’s built to last decades.

If a mechanical defect ever appears (broken spring, jammed mechanism, faulty release), we replace it free of charge, regardless of your purchase date. Send us a message through our contact form with your order number. A short video of the defect may be requested.
